This is enough filling to make one batch of kolaches (18ct)
4 med apples
3T water
2T butter
1t cinnamon
1/3c sugar (I think I have used 1/4c)
1T + 1t cornstarch
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- Melt butter and cinnamon over medium heat.
- Stir in apples, sprinkle cornstarch over apples, stir to coat. Add sugar and 3T water.
- Cover and cook stirring occasionally for 4-6min or until very slightly softened.

Ramen Seasoning

2T poultry seasoning or
2t sage
1-1/2t thyme
1t marjoram
3/4t rosemary
1/2t nutmeg
1/2t pepper
2T garlic powder
2T onion powder
2 chicken flavor bouillon cube (2t powdered bouillon)
1t pepper
Mix together and store in airtight jar.

1/2t salt
1/4t pepper
1/2c cola beverage
1c bbq sauce
1/2t thyme
Cut 2 or 3 rib portions to place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 8-9 hrs on low. Drain. Pour bbq and thyme. Cook 1-2 hrs
