A water spigot is located near the a/c unit and an electrical outlet is located inside on the breezeway on the east wall above the shelf.
If you are looking for a place to eat Henry T's is available right up the street (walking distance) at 1521 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604. There is a laundry mat in the same parking lot.
Gas station/Kwik Shop is located at 2619 SW 21st
Capp's Bike Shop is located 2917 SW Topeka Blvd
