I got this recipe from http://frugallivingonthewatkinsranch.blogspot.com/2013/12/pork-sausage-recipe.html She gave the recipe for 50#s of pork but I converted it down for 1#.
I still need to try this to see if we like it for our family and adjust accordingly.
2t sage
1 1/4t salt
1t black pepper
1/2t pepper
1/4t Dry mustard
1/4t ground cloves
1/4t cayenne
Note: there are 48 teaspoons per 1 cup
