This is the amount of seasoning I use to season a flat (4-5lb??) of chicken that has been cubed.
1/4-1/2c oil
1/4-1/2c lemon juice
1T Chili powder
1T cumin
2t garlic powder
2t onion powder
2t smoked paprika
1t oregano
1t salt
1/2t pepper
2-3t liquid smoke.
Stir.
Throw in cubed chicken and stir to distribute seasoning.
Let marinate 30min+
