Jasmine rice in pressure cooker/instant pot
Ingredients
2c jasmine rice
2c water
salt
Instructions
- Rinse rice in insta pot container until clear.. at least 3 times, then drain off water.
- Add 2c water and salt. (I sometimes add a little coconut oil)
- Lock lid on and cook at pressure for 3min.
- If impatience then release pressure after 10min or wait for pressure to come on down on its own.
