- salt and pepper

- Meat thermometer
Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 325F with a rack in the bottom third of the oven
2. Place turkey in roasting pan: Unwrap and place breast side up.
3. Cook for 2-2.5hrs. Remove from oven and remove giblet sack from neck
4. Brush with butter and salt/pepper.
5. Cook till breast is 165F. Check temperature in multiple places.
6. Let turkey rest for 30min.
