Sourdough Crackers

I love these discard crackers because I don't have to roll them out.

I found the recipe at this website https://littlespoonfarm.com/sourdough-discard-crackers/

3/4c (200g) discard or ripe sourdough starter
2T melted butter
1/4 salt
2t herbs (I used everything bagel)
1/4t salt for sprinkling on top (I don't do this)

Instructions
-Preheat oven to 325F
-Melt butter in bowl
-Weigh starter into bowl with butter, everything bagel and salt and mix till combined
-Use offset spatula to spread mixture in a thin even layer on parchment paper or a silicon mat
-Sprinkle top with salt (I don't do this)
-Bake for 10min and score crackers. Then bake for an additional 20-50min or until crackers are golden brown.
-Let cool

Note: Oven temps vary, check crackers after 20min into baking to make sure they do not over bake.
