PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup nonfat dry milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/2t salt
- Optional:
- flax seeds
- chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients. (if the consistency isn't quite roll-able, add more peanut butter or more oats or dry milk powder to get the right texture.)
- Roll into small balls, about golf ball size.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
