Crochet T-Shirt Coasters

Here’s what you will need:

• a ball of T-shirt yarn or fabric yarn (see my tutorial on How to Make Fabric Yarn here)
• a large hook, I used a size N for these
• scissors

Coasters are worked in unjoined rounds. It is helpful to use a stitch marker to keep track of rounds.
Make a magic ring.
Round 1: Ch 1 (does not count as st), work 6 sc in ring — 6 sts.
Round 2: Work 2 sc in each st around — 12 sts.
Round 3: *Work 2 sc in next, 1 sc in next, rep from * around — 18 sts.
Round 4: *Work 2 sc in next st, 1 sc in each of the next 2 sts, rep from * around, — 24 sts.
Sl st in next st and fasten off, weave in ends.
